In-Building Point Leak Detection

Data Centre Leak Detection

Data centres house essential IT infrastructure where even minor water leaks can cause catastrophic downtime, equipment damage, and data loss. Our intelligent leak detection systems provide 24/7 monitoring, ensuring rapid response to potential threats before they become disasters. In addition to in-building leak detection, RATMON also offers comprehensive monitoring for external systems, including cooling systems, pipelines, and tanks, providing complete protection for both your infrastructure and mechanical services.

24/7 Real-Time Monitoring

Receive instant alerts to quickly address leaks, preventing damage to critical systems and ensuring continuous, reliable operation.

Precision Leak Detection

Accurately pinpoint water ingress in server rooms, cooling systems, and pipework to prevent damage or data loss.

Minimised Risk & Downtime

Safeguard sensitive equipment from damage and ensure seamless operational continuity with proactive leak detection.

In-Building Point Leak Detection

RATMON utilises state-of-the-art leak detection technology to monitor pipelines and other critical infrastructure systems. Mechanical Piping Services with Leak Detection

In addition to in-building leak detection, RATMON provides comprehensive monitoring solutions for external mechanical systems. Our leak detection systems cover a wide range of services, including waste heat recovery, cooling systems, chemical pipelines, drainage, and tanks.

With the same 24/7 remote monitoring capabilities, RATMON ensures that these external systems are protected from costly damage, downtime, and resource wastage. By integrating external mechanical service monitoring into our portfolio, we offer a complete solution for both building infrastructure and external systems.

In-Building Leak Detection

Our systems are perfect for monitoring critical infrastructure sites for leaking building services – where disruptions to a site is not an option.

Our patented double-wire MSC-1 sensor cables enable precise detection and location of faults in far more applications than pre-insulated heat networks.  This can include in-building applications, such as:

  • Floor Mounting – for areas containing sensitive equipment such as data centres and IT server rooms to detect leaks.
  • Under Pipes – the MSC-1 sensor cables can be attached to the underside of pipes to detect and locate leaks.
  • Inside Secondary-Containment / Pipe-in-Pipe Systems to detect and locate leaks.
  • In Cable Trays – detecting and locating leaks and water ingress
